Jason formed part of the Valletta F.C. committee in 2003-2006 season and later on was appointed Team Manager during the leadership of Coach Paul Zammit but he also continued the role as Assistant Kit Manager. In May 2010 Jason was appointed to Assistant Trainer. He also worked with the previous Team Managers of the club, namely, Mario Muscat, Nicky Saliba and Jesmond Zammit.
Jason formed part of the technical staff when Valletta F.C. won two championships (2007/08, 2010/11), the FA Trophy (2009/10), three times the Super Cup (2008, 2010, 2011), the National League 100 Anniversary Cup (2009/10) and Bet Fair Cup (2008).
He also traveled with the squad during the UEFA Champions League – FC Artmedia (Slovenia) – 2008/09; SP Tre Fiori (San Marino) u FK Ekranas (Lituania) – 2011/12; UEFA Europa League – Keflavik FC (Iceland) and St. Patrick Athletic (Ireland) 2009/10; Ruch Chorzow (Poland) 2010/11.
