Alessandro Guarnone rejoins Valletta FC

Italian goalkeeper Alessandro Guarnone rejoined Valletta FC after agreeing terms with the club and signed a two-and-a-half-year deal.
Guarnone arrived in Malta in 2020 and joined Birkirkara FC. His performances helped Birkirkara finish fourth in the BOV Premier League and earned the side a place in the newly-formed UEFA Europa Conference League.
Alessandro Guarnone joined Valletta Football Club in June 2021, he left the club in July 2023, having played 46 games in all competitions between 2021 and 2023.
Alessandro then joined Etar in Bulgaria with whom he made just a couple of appearances in the domestic cup.
