Rowen Muscat signs a three-year contract

Midfielder Rowen Muscat signed a new three-year contract with Valletta Football Club, thus extending his experience with the club.
Muscat returned with Valletta FC in September 2021, after a short spell of a few months in the United Arab Emirates.
A product of Birkirkara F.C. Nursery, Rowen Muscat made his Premier League debut for the Stripes in season 2009/10. During season 2009/10 Rowen also won the BOV Premier League with the Stripes.
Rowen Muscat scored his first-ever goal in the BOV Premier League on the 6 November 2011.
Rowen also formed part of the Maltese national team, he made his international debut for Malta in the 1–0 win against Liechtenstein on 14 November 2012.
With Valletta Football Club, Muscat has won all honours at club level, since joining the Club in January 2017.
