Cain Formosa leaves Valletta FC

Valletta Football Club announces that the club has reached an agreement with Cain Formosa to terminate his contract with immediate effect due to disciplinary reasons.
A product of San Gwann, twenty-one-year-old goalkeeper Cain Formosa had a spell with Mdina Knights in 2017/18. He signed for Valletta in summer 2021 but spent one season on loan with San Gwann. Cain returned with Valletta FC during summer 2022.
