Jacob Walker signs for Valletta FC

Valletta Football Club has secured the signing of defender Jacob Walker from Marsaxlokk FC. The former Maltese U21 international was among coach Enzo Potenza’s squad options, though not a regular starter.
Walker launched his senior career with St. Andrews FC, featuring in 24 matches and scoring once during the 2017/2018 season. He later joined Santa Lucia FC for the 2019/2020 season.
In 2020, Walker moved to Sirens FC, where he played 65 matches and scored twice. He was then transferred to Marsaxlokk FC in July 2023.
At 27 years old, Jacob Walker becomes Valletta FC’s third signing of the January transfer window, following the arrivals of Aryton Attard and Andrea Zammit.
