The Institution reserves the right at all times to refuse to authorize any transaction if the transaction would cause the Cardholder’s credit limit to be exceeded, or if the transaction or advance would cause the amount owing on the Cardholder’s Account plus any other amounts the Institution has agreed to or authorized to exceed the Cardholder’s credit limit or where the transaction or advance is in breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, or if the Valletta FC VISA Card’ or the Account has been or is likely to be abused or if there is any other valid reason for doing so.

Upon satisfactory completion of the Institution’s Application Form by the Account Holder and the Supplementary Cardholder as the case may be, the Institution may issue a Supplementary Card. The Account Holder will be liable to the Institution for the use of such a Supplementary Card as if he were the Supplementary Cardholder and it is the responsibility of the Account Holder to ensure that the Supplementary Cardholder is aware of and complies with this Agreement. Accordingly, references in this Agreement to the Cardholder’s Valletta FC VISA Card will include any Supplementary Cards issued unless the Institution has indicated otherwise. Any Supplementary Cardholder has no right to enforce any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement. The Institution may cancel a Supplementary Card at the written request of the Account Holder or Supplementary Cardholder and upon the surrender of the Valletta FC VISA Card to the Institution.
