Yenz Cini rejoins Valletta FC

Goalkeeper Yenz Cini was confirmed as part of the Valletta Football Club squad, after last season he was one of the protagonists who led Naxxar Lions FC back to the Premier League.
Last May it was announced that Yenz would not continue with his experience with Naxxar Lions FC.
The 29-year-old goalkeeper still has one year left on his contract with Valletta Football Club.
A product of the Valletta Nursery, Yenz Cini started attending the Valletta Nursery at the tender age of four.
During his days at the Valletta Nursery, he won 2 Under 17 Leagues, 1 Under 17 Knockout, and also the APS 100 Anniversary Cup.
Yenz also made 7 appearances with the National team. He also had a trial with Portsmouth FC and played against Reading and Tottenham.
Yenz made his debut in the Premier League on 14th April 2012 in a match against Balzan Youths (1-0).
On 11th July 2013, Cini made his international debut with Valletta F.C. during the UEFA Europa League qualification match against La Fiorita.
