Tomas Radzinevičius was born on June 5, 1981 in Marijamploe in Russia. Tomas started his football career with FK Suduva in 1997.
While playing for FK Sūduva, he scored a hat-trick against S.K. Brann in the qualifying round of the UEFA Cup 2002–03, greatly contributing to his side's 3–2 victory. The same year he was voted the best player in A Lyga.
Radzinevičius has represented Lithuania at both under-21 and senior level, scoring one goal for his national team.After an eight year spell with FK Suduva he joined Slovan Liberec, a Czech Republic football club situated in the city of Liberec. In 2006 Tomas stayed in Czech Republic and joined SK Kladno on loan. The following year Tomas moved to SK Dynamo České Budějovice a football club playing in the Czech National Football Leaguefrom České Budějovice, Czech Republic.
In July 2009 Radzinevičius was transferred to Polish Ekstraklasa side Odra Wodzisław. Later Tomas joined FK Banik Sokolov on loan.
In 2010, Tomas moved to Slovakia and joined FK Senica, after a short spell in Slovakia Radzinevicius joined MFK OKD Karviná, a football club located in Karviná, Czech Republic on loan, making 11 appearances and scoring two goals.
In 2011, Tomas joined Slezský FC Opava another football club in Czech Republic located in Opava.
Season 2013, Tomas rejoined FK Suduva, spending three years with the club and scoring 62 goals making 111 appearnces for the Lithuanian club.
Tomas Radzinevicius joined Valletta FC during the January 2017 transfer market, he signed a contract till the the end of the season.
