Occupation: Manual Massage Therapist and Long-distance Running Coach.
Duncan has been in the running scene for around 6 years, since the start of his personal transformation from being a totally unfit person to becoming a person, whose life revolves around running and fitness. He managed to combine his newly found passion with his career, eventually became becoming a full-time personal trainer, group fitness instructor, long distance running coach and more recently a qualified massage therapist, whilst also focusing on his training program.
Duncan’s daily energy and motivation is seeing others succeed and meeting their individual goals.
