Born on 7th September 1992 in Dominican Republic, Enmy Manuel Peña Beltré started his career with Villaverde, a football club based in the District of Villaverde in the city of Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain in 2011. With the Spanish side Enmy made a total of 100 appearances and scored 12 goals
In 2015, Pena Beltre joined Puerta Bonita another Spanish football club based in Carabanchel, city of Madrid.
Peña left Puerta Bonita and joined St. Andrews F.C. on January 1, 2016, before moving to Mosta F.C. exactly six months later on July 1, 2016. He rejoined St. Andrews two months later on September 1, 2016.
On 10 August 2016 Peña was called up to Dominican Republic national team for two friendlies against Puerto Rico. He made his international debut late in the month, starting in a 5–0 win in a unofficial friendly.
On September 21, 2016, Peña assisted St. Andrews F.C. in a 3-0 win over Sliema Wanderers with a solo goal where he ran the full length of the pitch and performed a Zidane-turn followed by a nutmeg on two remaining defenders before slotting the ball into the bottom right corner.
Enmy Manuel Peña Beltré joined Valletta F.C. in January 2018, he signed a contract with the Citizens until season 2020/21.
