Born on 27 March 1999, Alessandro a Milan Primavera product, he formed part of the AC Milan Academy for several years. During season 2019/2020, Alessandro joined FC Chiasso, a Swiss football club based in Chiasso. He made a total of 17 appearances before moving to Malta joining Birkirkara FC.
Guarnone has enjoyed a very positive season with Birkirkara last season after joining the The Stripes in October 2020. Guarnone made 19 appearances with Birkirkara and managed nine clean sheets.
His performances helped Birkirkara to finish fourth in the BOV Premier League that earned the side a place in the newly-formed UEFA Europa Conference League.
